Delivery times

Every order has two stages: production at our EU facility, then shipping. Your checkout option sets both.

Standard: 7–10 business days
Express: 5–7 business days
Express + Expedite: 3–5 business days

What Priority Production does

Express speeds up shipping. Express + Expedite speeds up everything before it too.

Your file jumps to the front of the queue, gets printed, cut and packed ahead of standard orders, then ships on an express service. Pick this when the date's fixed: an event, a launch, a client deadline.

Who carries your order

Standard: Deutsche Post (FedEx Economy for US/Canada)
Express & Express + Expedite: FedEx Express

Shipping costs

Rates depend on destination and speed, shown at checkout before you pay. Some regions get free shipping over a set order value.

Taxes and duties

EU, US & Canada: Included in your price. Nothing extra at delivery.
Rest of world: Orders ship Ex Works. Customs may charge import duties and taxes on arrival, separate from your order total.

Good to know

Delivery times are estimates, counted in business days from the next business day after the order is placed., excluding weekends and public holidays. Customs checks, payment authorisation and stock availability can add time.
